I decided to stop by GBAdev since I haven't been there in so long. While there I found some unexpected development. A new user by the name of scanlime has disassembled the DSi. I know what your thinking: "Um, hasn't this been done already?" Yes, but he takes it a step further and has currently got a early dump of the DSi NAND. He also states some never before released info on the hardware/software specs of the DSi.

Hopefully, he can join Team Twiizers in makes homebrew possible on the DSi!

Prob? Isn't that misleading? Sounds like there's a problem.

Agrees with wchill, at first I thought this was a misplaced topic about someone having problems with their dsi. Anyways at least now we are getting somewhere and getting productive I guess.

it's only a matter of time that this would happen i.e. people figuring out how to mess with the DSi

like all great things, it just takes time.

Actually I have to wonder what this means for piracy, some people are just plain greedy.
I'm mostly interested in seeing what homebrew capabilities we can get out of the DSi, we may be able to give emulators an extra kick they need.
