Homebrew DSi Flipnote Studio 2018

I'm trying to get HiyaCfw in my dsi and it requires Flipnote Studio which I don't own, can't re-download or download it on dsiware store and doesn't appear when I hard reset the system. Any help to get it back through SD cards and files and whatnot?

The only way to get hiyacfw if you dont have flipnote is to hardmod. you cant add flipnote with SD cards or any other means.

Alright, I'll do that. But since I'm not really experienced with hacking consoles and such what will downgrading the dsi help with?

I havent done it myself but as far as i know you dont really need to downgrade, you need to dump the nand, get the CID and console key so you can install sudoku on it, and with the sudokuhax you install unlaunch and hiya.
