Trying to hack SSEQs out of Disgaea DS to convert to some MIDIs. Have got as far as unpacking the ROM and locating the file with the SSEQs in it, but bizzarely, they're not in an .sdat, but in a .dat file, along with several others which appear to be archives of specific parts of the game. I have been unable to unpack any of these so-called archives, but was able to locate an interesting bit of information in with a hex editor - all of them have, in the header, the string "DSARC." Does anyone know anything about this elusive format, or better yet, have a solution to my problem?

Still the only guy to have reorched the whole FFTA OST... as far as he knows. X3
