This is a released flashcart. Have you ever heard of the Supercard DSONE?

And, No. You can't use this with other flashcarts.

Again, wrong. Only works on the Supercard DSONE or carts with similar firmware and hardware.

It's not the firmware you can download, but it's the firmware that's always on the cart, it's the thing that changes the icon when you put the Fireware 1.1 for DSi 1.4 on it.

We get people asking what these are every time they are dumped like it's some mystical creature they've never heard of. It's just a dump of the permanent firmware that is embedded inside the cart. It's of no use to you unless you are a hacker who is interested on the companies methods, but even then it would need to be decrypted.

Well, some flashcart dumps let you softreset back to the main menu of said flashcart. Not really useful, since to run the dump you'd actually have to be at main menu to begin with.
