Hacking DS Option pack, For what game?

So i just found a DS option pack in my garage in my Guitar Hero box, it wasnt the frets thingy because i have that in my games drawer.
Heres a picture:

It says:
Do not over tighten
Ne pas serrer trop fort
no apretar en exceso

Nintendo DS (Original)

This is the most intresting part.

Just a normal GBA connector
I really dont know anything!

I'm pretty sure thats just an adapter for the guitar hero game accessory. It was supposed to fit an original Nintendo DS since their GBA Slots are deeper

But the frets and weird GBA pack fitted fine in both DS and DSlite...

I too have bought Guitar Hero for DS and that is the DS Phat adapter for the fret accessory.
