Hacking DS Lite R4 card ?MENU issue not solved

Hi all. I haven't seen a 'solved' issue I am currently having with my DS Lite & R4 card. The card IS recognized as a Touch! Bomberman Land Nintendo when I first turn on the game unit but the next screen always says within a box that looks like a file image ?MENU in the upper screen with nothing in the lower screen. I've tried all updates posted but nothing seems to work. What files am I missing? TTMENU.SYS, r4i.pk, ill.il, MOONSHL (folder), YSMenu(folder), R4Menu(folder), R4DSUpgrade_Firmware(folder), R4i-V4.0b English(folder) are all the files I have within the SD card. Anyone have a solution available?

Can you post a photo of the card, or type all the information shown on the sticker?
