Gaming DS Lite Bios chip is hot-Swapable??

so i saw this video were the guy was saying the DS Bios is held in that little removable box on the motherboard. (huh, always thought it was the wifi module)



and it got me thinking, does the dsi have a similar setup, and if so, could it theoretically be possible to just take a DS Bios Chip and stick it on the DSi XL board?, naw its probably not that easy, but maybe its possible through crazy soldering or something
 
Do you even know what hot-swapable means?
And I find it very unlikely that that will work, DSi has pretty different hardware from a DS Phat/Lite.
 
Hot-swapping is removing parts and replacing them while the device is on, without removing any functions. If you have hot-swappable hard drives, you can take them out and put them in while the computer is still on. This would not work with a bios chip
