anyone pls?
Please don’t bump.
luma without cfw how could be possible also i don't know is there a way to fix this problem without cfw or such missing titles/tickets
If you can’t start DS software you can’t use any of the *miner exploits. Luma without CFW makes no sense as Luma is the CFW. The question is:
Is there any form of boot exploit already installed on your 3DS (A9LH or B9S)?

This would make using the guide from the beginning obsolete (but give you the possibility to repair the DS mode). If you don’t have anything like that and your official firmware is ≥ 11.4 there are a no other (public) software only exploits for full system control than the *miner.

The only other options to install B9S are:
hardmod → requires good soldering skills
ntrboot → get the R4i Gold 3DS Plus if you don’t have a compatible flashcart

You don't need the DS mode be functional to use ntrboot (ntrboot is started instead of the normal operating system). But if you don't have a flashcart that's preflashed with ntrboot you need another DS system to install the exploit on the R4i.

Well if you already have cfw you could try that:
DSi / DS functionality is broken after completing the guide

  • - TWL Version Data - v0.cia
  • - DS Internet - v2048.cia
  • - DS Download Play - v1024.cia
  • - Nintendo DS Cart Whitelist - v11264.cia

    Instructions
    Section I - Prep Work

    3. Create a folder named cias on the root of your SD card if it does not already exist
    4. Copy TWL Version Data - v0.cia to the /cias/ folder on your SD card
    5. Copy DS Download Play - v1024.cia to the /cias/ folder on your SD card
    6. Copy DS Internet - v2048.cia to the /cias/ folder on your SD card
    7. Copy Nintendo DS Cart Whitelist - v11264.cia to the /cias/ folder on your SD card

It can be any DS system from the very first model on. The only requirement is that this seconds DS system does boot the flashcart so you can run DS ntrboot flasher. You can't use:
  • a 2/3DS with bricked DS mode (obviously)
  • a 2/3DS or DSi which is blocking your flashcart (not the case on modern carts). Look for your cart on list (the guide).

@AncientBoi, Yeah, believe you can do PSP games as well. But a Pi5 is much powerful in comparison.

Not sure about other models of Pi4 but the Pi 4 B with 8GBs OCed to 2Ghz handles PSP really great except like 1 game I found and it is playable it just looks bad lol Motor Storm Arctic something or other.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Other games I can have turned up to like 2X and all kinds of enhancements, Motorstorm hmmm nope 1X and no enhancements lol

I will admit that one does seem more interesting than the usual Ambernic ones, and I already liked those.

This looks like one of their premium models, so... $150 :glare:

    To me that seems reasonable.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I mean since basically all the games are errmmm free lol
  • Veho @ Veho:
I mean yeah sure but the specs are the same as a $50 model, it's just those pesky "quality of life" things driving up the price, like an actually working speaker, or buttons that don't melt, and stuff like that.

  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I think all in my Pi 4 was well north of 200 bucks 150ish for the Pi 4 the case the fancy cooler, then like 70 for the 500GB MicroSD then like 70 for the Xbox controller. But honestly it's a nice set up I really enjoy and to me was worth every penny. (even bought more controllers for 2 or 4 player games.) hmmm have never played any 2 player games yet :(
  • Veho @ Veho:
Yeah that's what I hate about the RPi, it's supposedly $30 or something but it takes an additional $200 of accessories to actually turn it into a working something.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
yes that's the expensive part lol
  • Veho @ Veho:
I mean sure it's flexible and stuff but so is uremum but it's fiddly.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Yeah a lot of it I consider a hobby, using Batocera I am constantly adjusting the collection adding and removing stuff, scraping the artwork. Haven't even started on some music for the theme... Also way down the road I am considering attempting to do a WiiFlow knock off lol
  • Veho @ Veho:
I want everything served on a plate plz ktnx, "work" is too much work for me.
  • Veho @ Veho:
Hmm, with that in mind, maybe a complete out-the-box solution with all the games collected, pacthed and optimized for me would be worth $150
