eh since you will be able to patch the game to get online again but my routher does not support wep
That's.... Actually that is a good task!!! Since now NTR mode supports TWL features we will probably make WPA work on WEP only games.
Am I mistaking @Apache Thunder?

Would NitroHax also allow for a Hans-like application that allows you to load files from the SD in place of what's in the rom (like applying a translation patch to a legit cartridge)?

you ungrateful little shit.
Show some respect to those people who work hard and have skills you do not posess.

I know, i didn't know how to say that. xp

But we did it! :D Kinda..... :P

Even if we did have native DS ROM loading, we'd still can't play them as they load data from the cart slot, which causes them to be unplayable if you don't have the cart to the game in the system.

thats being figured out though and you could just remap the card slot and homebrew apps can even read and load data from sd like nitro hax and read the cheats folder

Why is absolutely everyone forgetting that DS flash carts have to do the same patching that you're all complaining about being required? DS games have to have every read/write address changed by the flashcart software in order to use the microSD card on that flashcart instead of the native sram/nand. I good hard study of an open source flashcart software (yes there are a couple around) will probably do most of the required patching for you, just change the read/write routines.

also when you use a flash card i think it has some sort of auto patching or some thing so the game knows where to read on the sd in the flash card

Oh. Well, that's pretty cool

Well, I wasn't around during the DS era so I'm not entirely sure how it worked, but I imagine that the fact that flashcarts have actual slot-1 hardware will make a significant difference in how the patching works.
