3DS uses ExeFS, IIRC. Is there an NDS version?
It's pretty much extracted when you extract the filesystem

Well, In crystal tile the arm9 file has a different icon in DSIWare games then in normal DS games. This could mean that the arm9 files arent the same?

I've been out of the scene for almost four months now due to studies and such! If someone could tell me how to dump DSIWare then I'd be willing to look into it. I have a few things I'd like to test and see if they work out. Can you use braindump, or is that a no?

thing is twl have any difference when its running dsi ware instead of a gamecard
At this point, we can run DS games fine... Almost. We can run Download Play demos. Which are DS based code wise. But they only work since they don't read from carts, or save to carts (or at all). We need to figure out how to get games to load from NAND (or SD) rather than cart, though.

This is technically already loading .nds ROMs - download play ones. They're edited and converted to .cia files.

It just can't load retail ROMs - yet - we need to figure out how to get it to read and save to NAND, like DSiWare.
