Homebrew [DS(i)/3DS] TWiLight Menu++ - GUI for DS(i) games, and DS(i) Menu replacement

Still nothing. Something tells me this is an issue with TWLMenu++ itself and not nds-bootstrap or my settings.

I don't see how, since it still works for me.
Try the R4 or SEGA Saturn theme.

Switched to the SEGA Saturn theme
Starting the game hangs the app and after a few seconds the top screen goes black.

Yep. Definitely seems like it's not booting nds-bootstrap.
Try a full reinstall of TWLMenu++.
If that also doesn't work, try a different SD card. Otherwise, I'm out of ideas, especially if the other games work fine for you.

Also, @Robz8, the following games flash a warning about needing to be AP patched, but I don't think that's true.

It's due to TWL clock speed being used.
Please switch to NTR clock speed for SM64DS, and other games with black screen after sleep mode.

That's a clock speed issue and it's fairly well documented both here and on github. Set it to default speed.

I don't get the AP patch warning anymore for River City - Soccer Hooligans but I just get 2 white screens after loading. Tried to switch to nds-bootstrap nightly and I get a white screen on top and black screen on bottom. Would you know any solution for this?

I made a mistake in the rom tool for B3XE but it has been fixed. My apologies.
You currently need to hold the L button while booting for B3XJ/B3XE to work. I just tested both games.
Attached is the new patch

Unpack and copy/replace the .ips files to sd:\_nds\TWiLightMenu\apfix

Korg DS-10+ (USA) currently only works on 3DS consoles.
It does not work on DSi consoles, even if AP-patched, likely due to memory limitations.

Other DSi-Enhanced games work, like Pokemon Black/White 1&2. The included AP-patches are applied by nds-bootstrap as well.

Just tested both regions of Prince of Persia: Forgotten Sands (VPPE/VPPV) and both work on my N3DS XL, games running off µSD in DS Mode @ 67MHz, VRAM boost=Off, 4:3 Aspect with the 2 included .ips patched I provided here
