I assume you mean you would want the stylus to control the snake, it looks like it could be pretty hard to make, plus it's such a small screen

True true.

_____

Can You also make an interactive buddy kind of homebrew (search the game

) ?

How about a homebrew app that streams Internet Radio. I know there's DSorganize, but it freezes up sometimes and won't play AAC+ streams. There's also NDSWebradio 0.3 Beta. You can take the source from that and change it. It would be great if I could listen to di.fm radio on my DS instead of a computer.
The official site for NDSWebradio is
Code:
http://lolo.puma.free.fr/NDSwebradio/
.

You can download the binary here:
Code:
http://www.ds-scene.net/?s=download#middle

I'm not sure where you can get the source, but you can probably email the author to get it or search for it online.

Right now, I'm trying to get some di.fm radio channels to work. If anybody knows how to do this, PM me with instructions please.

How about a game that's similar to the Wii homebrew game, "GuitarsonFire"? Where you can add more songs and all that. Thanks in advance.

It's not quite the same, but you can try Video Games Hero
Can you add custom songs? If so, where can I download them?
Alas, not to my knowledge. There are more than 65 songs too keep busy though.

That depends on what you consider a "real artist".

Em..sorta, most of it is video game music..

I just remembered though, if you want custom songs you can play Jam With the Band(EU release of Daigasso). Just grab one of those save file editors and you can add all kinds of songs!

..Mostly from anime(all in MIDI quality and with no spoken lyrics).

um, like Goo Goo Dolls or The Beatles, etc.
Nope it's all music from video games.

On topic:
The OP hasn't responded since June 24. I don't know if he is still interested in suggestions.

What I'm wanting is..... Uhhhh....

Genre: First Person Whatever (2D or 3D, I don't give a shit)
Story: *I don't give a shit, you could make it the cliche "OMG This dude killed the king, let's get stronger and kill him" story if you wanted to*
What I was thinking was something similar to The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion in terms of the amount of exploration that could be done and the amount of quests and such.... Just the basic stuff that makes Oblivion what it is..... The world doesn't have to be huge like on Oblivion, though... It just has to give that illusion.

Sure, Fighting Fantasy: The Warlock of Firetop Mountain is SORT OF like Oblivion... But that game's a crock of shit if you ask me.

If this is even possible as homebrew, and you do it, I'll be grateful to you forever.

EDIT: ......You don't have to do this, i'll just go and play Oblivion on my Xbox if I need to play it that much.

Hi Guys, it might be some time till I make these as I'm waiting for a new software to come out. So no more requests and the guitar game it's aleready being made I'll give it to u when it's finished so thanks! I love making homebrew but it takes time soo probably 1 and a half months to make all the possible (not only possible but if the idea maker helps out with sprites) apps then I'll take in a fresh load of orders! So wait till I say "more orders!" till you give more requests, and drop by every week for updates !!!!!

Hi,I would need a 3d engine to make "first person" shooter witch Is currently very very hard to do in the software I'm using.
Hope this helps.

If you are reading this, better know that not everything is possible if you are working with a limited system such as the DS.

I have a great idea for a game!

The game idea is this: A city builder that utilizes the real time clock on the DS (ex. you wanted to build a blacksmith. It takes 8 hours so that amount of time would have to pass for it to be completed) and you start with nothing and build your village up. There could be random events (fire, invaders, plague, etc..) that happen and buildings that stop them.

Here is a brief preview of what I picture it as.

I am willing to provide artwork as well as beta test. This would be a really cool game.

Great idea! Too bad only Tempers and programmers (and friends of programmers) can provide ideas or make homebrew... And too bad this can't be a sticky...

Sounds suspiciously like Tribal Wars...
