Let's say I go with a DSTwo, and a Gateway. Can the Gateway program on the Blue GW cartridge be loaded with the DSTwo?

Yes it can, Ive already included a Supercard DSTwo Blue card option (Bmp, Ini and nds) that has been circulating around the temp in the filetrip upload of Gateway 1.2 here.

blue card is fine if your just playing nds games i didnt get any problems the only downside is thats all it does

I decided to buy a DSTwo for DS gaming as well as getting the gateway 3DS. Are there many fake DSTwo cards lying around the shops? Is there anyway I can tell them apart or somewhere I can buy the card that is original?

Before I go ahead and pay 30+ on DSTwo, I saw that the R4 cards are really cheap in comparison, and there are many different ones( R4 dual core, R4 gold, R4 SDHC...). Wha the heck is the deal? Are they being made buy different people? Is any of them any good?

If you enter DS Mode (playing DS Games or any ds flashcart on the 3ds), you have to redo the gateway exploit from step 1:

Press [A] to Install
Press to Exit

Programming..................................................
Verifying..........................................................

Enjoy Gateway!

You will have to do this Every time if you ever enter DS Mode.

If you do not plan on playing DS games in your 3DS, then you can just go to System Settings ---> Other Settings ----> Profile ------> DS Profile and then your done.

Just a second... I got DSTWO card and want to play DS games with dstwo and 3DS with Gateway.

So now that i dont hawe GW i use dstwo for ds games, i just put dstwo into the slot and start playing DS games.. why would that change if i start using GW.. i mean if i want to play DS, i just take GW out and put DStwo like i usualy do and play DS games... why the procedure?? o.O thats what's bug me...

It's just that if you play any DS games, you will need to re-run the gateway installer or you won't be able to get into gateway mode. This includes retail DS games or any DS flash card, once you run it, it's removes the DS profile hack

geez, and I bought r4i sdhc dual core whatever for $10, now I feel like an idiot. should have picked DStwo... but I guess it's alright since I don't play gba/snes games as much as I used to be.

Wll i dont know for blue card, but any ds game runs full screen unless you pres and hold select while touching game icon on homescreen

I see, but I mean the 3DS XL screem wide screen, and bigger screen,
becasue if we play DS carteidges in 3ds xl, the screen is not full, s just the DSi xl SIE, not 3DSXL size, I mean no black borders

But even if the blue can run in full screen on 3DS XL, than DS games would be stretched..
But why would you want them to be stretched like so... ?

THE DSI XL did stretch games to size because both top and bottom screens were the same size and congruent to a normal DS screen setup, whereas a 3DS has 2 different size screens.
The bottom screen will fit to size, but the top screen will only show the same size as the bottom, with 2 black bars down the sides.

Thanks.

This was I wondering about.
