I think it was released, its been reviewed at many sites. The highest score I saw was 4/10, the lowest 2/10 so erm looks like it sucks.

Most wanted one for me is Kirby, I'm a sucker for Kirby

Specially because I still have that Kirby Superstar cart for my Snes, and it's my favourite Kirby game... so glad it's coming back, I hope they bring Meta Knight playable like that one for Gba had!

The first of three titles, two of which are already out in Japan. The focus of this game is on solving puzzles, so we'll start there. The game presents its puzzles in a straightforward way. The top screen usually lists a problem with text, with the bottom screen allowing you to solve the problem directly with the stylus. Different from other puzzle and quiz based DS games, Layton has an adventure mode, with lots of text boxes and catchy character and background art. You move between the puzzles by selecting locations on a town map

The more I see of this game, the more I want to try it. It reminds me alot of Sherlock Hound....minus the hounds. It also seems to have a great style and a somewhat of Phoenix Wright approach.
