Homebrew DS Game Maker games won't open through Twilightmenu++

So games I make with DS game maker won't open with Twilightmenu++. However they work fine with Unlaunch. Is there a setting I have to change for it to work?

Try turning on Direct boot in the per-game settings.

Ok so I made a bigger game and put it on and now it won't work in Twilightmenu++ or unlaunch :/

So the ROM is using NitroFS?
If so, then please switch over from DSGM.
