This is one of those games you wouldn't admit to playing.

I may play this out of boredom one day.

also, the only thing strange in what looks like a minigame collection from the video, is the coloring scheme

Works on CycloDS Evolution (it starts up at least, I haven't played enough to say there's no AP).

It looked pretty cool on the trailer, but on the DS the graphics feel busy and crowded, and the main font is hard to read. I've only played for about 5 minutes and I already don't like the main character.
