Hacking DS card question

Hi, I had a hacked 3DS but sold it, forward wind a few months and I have another, I have the SD card from the old one, I didn't back any games or saves up but didn't delete anything from the card, is there anything I can recover and transfer to the new 3DS?

Do you have the friend code from that previous console or a full nand backup of the console? If not that old data is basically useless to you.

No I don't, I do have a nand backup but it's at my ex wife's house on my old PC so it looks like I'm SOL
