    what i find strange is tht there are 2 versions... its as if, men should do more movement exercises while for females, stretching is better
    i doubt it

    Well, no, absolutely not.

    It's a few things that create this distinction.

    First of all, marketing. You look at a fitness game, looks generic. Identifying gender allows the publishers to connect with the consumer a little bit better, if artificially.

    Secondly, there is a huge distinction with gender, at least in western society. I'm a huge advocate against this, but c'est la vie, right? Women excuse themselves from doing real exercise, by saying that they are 'just women'. Stretches and yoga are for women. Cardiovascular and muscular training are for men. Complete bullshit, but y'know.
