The storyline does seem good though, I'm interested whether the main character is a Frankenstein monster or just resurrected from the dead. Oh, and I don't really like the scars on his face though.

For those who don't know about the Metal Max series here's a short synopsis.

Metal Max is a traditional RPG in a post-apocalyptic setting where you destroy certain wanted monsters that attack outside and inside the cities and villages for cash and this series is unique sincve you can use a tank to battle or just go on foot. The populace live in the ruins of the former world and it isn't so dark since the scenery is lush and water isn't scarce, it's just the cities and villages that are either in ruins or reverted back to traditional styles of architecture.

Not a good chance since Metal Max games aren't well known outside of Japan, one game in the series was released for the PS2 in the US. If you really want to see how these games work, get a good SNES emulator and Metal Max Returns since this has a fan translation in English, there's also a few vids on YT but no explanations on customization and such in English.

- Someone starts the translation (let's call him X)
- X is looking for a team, because he cannot translate anything
- Team X translates the menu
- Team X wants fame for translating the menu
- Team X waits 2 months to announce, they'll translate the story
- Team X translates 10% of the story
- Team X drops the project due to lazyness, quitting team members and/or failing at translation
- X (team is all gone) cancels the translation and releases an unfinished, small translation (10%)
- Y (some temper) asks if X will continue the translation
- X never responds
- Translation project dies, maybe someone else picks it up after ~5 months and quits after 1 month

OMG, i was playing the english patched version of Metal Max Return from AeonGenesis before, its such an awesome RPG, I do hope it comes here otherwise ill just play the jap one.

Even if its not localized I'm sure it might get an fan translation in the future as most good Jap only RPG seems to get ^^
