I don't see why they want a translation so badly though, most of the people who want it probably haven't even played the first two games! Although, the very existance of the first two games outside of Japan pretty much says that this one will be released in the US/EU.

Please can you tell me what's the title of the first two games?

I played Valkyrie Profile 2 on the PS2... never finished it, but the game was awesome. I loved the the battle system, it's really innovative.

Then I tried Valkyrie Profile Lenneth on the PSP... Oh God. I'm sure the game itself is good, but I couldn't deal with the graphics. It's not that they were bad, it's just that it seems to be a lazy port of the PSX version, and it looks like they just shrunk the screen size down... so everything in the game is EXTREMELY blurry. I just couldn't play it like that, so I never finished it.

Well first of all better wait for a pro-translation which is going to be made or else better to get a fan-made one but making requests is part of gbatemp business as we have a separate section for it.
Also i think valkyrie will be very interesting since i aint gonna spoil the fun with this one but let's hope a translation really takes place officially (or else fan-made translations are really no prob and gr8 too)

Wow, this game is out in Japan already? I thought it wouldn't be out for some time :\ . I still haven't played the other 2 yet (Though I'll probably skip over 2 since it's a prequel). I tried playing the first one and never really got into it, probably because I had other games I'd rather play at the time. I'll give the PSP version a chance later maybe.

I didn't like this one, if you want to play Valkyrie profile check out the first one it's an awesome game and very very hard.

But the bad thing is that I actually don't play any other games than Nintendo handhelds!! I never owned PlayStation or any other console..
I'll be checking this one out for sure, if it gets english translation..
