yeah, why is the name considered "I Love Horses" when a Japanese game with a Japanese name wouldn't be translated.

"I Love Horses" is probably the english name (ie the name that appears when your DS is set to english) with the one on the packshot being the german name. some games do have different titles in different european regions, especially training games and horsey crap.
