It made it out of Japan, that's awesome. Hopefully the muscle training game will make it out of Japan too, was a pretty nice game, but not knowing any Japanese was kinda hard to follow.

It's actually really good for an instructional title, plenty of spoken instruction and 3D graphics. I hope the pilates one gets translated soon too.
