I have no clue what those are. If those are a quest item then I'm sure you have to do it. I don't think it counts the "items" but I think it counts the acquiring of the items. Inn tab. There is a list called Guest List, press the Plus Button, select the new guy(empty name) and edit it accordingly. You can do that for all of them.
