Gaming DQM:J2 getting stuck in Bemusoleum

I've just got to the bit where you need to bypass the boss's shield.
I pressed the red and blue switches, but the red and blue doors won't open.

Do I need to apply the patch?
Where can i get it?

You have to press 2 (TWO) buttons for each door.
Press the 2 yellow buttons, then go through the yellow door.
Press the 2 red buttons when it is NOT raining, then go through the red door.
Then zoom back to the ship from the large (Boss) room.
Now you can go to the arena and even visit Necropolis or just zoom back until it is raining.
Then you have to press 2 blue buttons to open the blue door.
When you return later, the red door will be open if it is not raining, the blue door will be open if it is raining.
Been there, done that!

no "patch" is involved!

I think I only seen 1 of red and blue.
Is there one on each side of the boss room?
