I've searched and searched, Googled and asked Jeeves, and yet I cannot find a decent DPG converter for the Macintosh OS. I am forced to conclude that no such application exists.

If anyone wishes to prove myself and Jeeves wrong, I will be more than happy to listen, but I can find no good alternative to DPG converter 0.2.0, which converts to DPG1 and leaves really, really bad video/audio lag. If I may be so bold, could some experienced coder maybe try to start a converter project if no such thing exists currently?

With all do respect, Midna25.

I do believe that is the one I specifically mentioned that REALLY REALLY SUCKS.
No it doesn't... you just have to have all the components and use it correctly. You need

- mplayer
- save as avi.component
- mpeg streamclip.app
- mencoder
- ffmpeg x
- DPG converter

in the same folder
you convert the video to the proper size with mpeg streamclip, and then make it a dpg - did it to Live Free or Die Hard, no sync issues great quality.
