Hardware Misc Downloaded DS games gone after installing a new theme

So, I installed a new theme on this website(Stardew Valley), and now my installed games are gone. I tried adding them back using my PC, but every time I put my SD card in my DS the games folder keeps getting empty. Please help!!

Your SD card is probably failing.

Connect the SD card to your PC, copy everything off the SD card with Roadkil's Unstoppable Copier, format the card, test the empty card with h2testw, and copy everything back if the test is okay. If the test fails or if you can't format the card, then you will need to get a new one.
