Hacking Downgrading 11.0/11.1 without second 3DS

How is it possible ?
I don't undesrtand because on Plailet Guide, on the NFIRM downgrade it say :
"If you are on 11.0.0 or 11.1.0, do NOT update to 11.2.0. A new update will be coming soon that allows for DSiWare NFIRM Downgrading without a second 3DS or hardmod for versions under 11.2.0."

There was a guy who hinted at a hack he was working on for a couple of months which he didn't release but the exploit ended up being patched on the 11.2 firmware

He will release it at the end of December, and from what I understand the hack is suppose to work for 11.2 and not just 11.1.

11.1 and 11.2 needs kernel access, without that we are fucked.

I'm intending to use this in the near future, but I'm not being able to access eShop on my 3ds with menuHax to buy FieldRunners.

I use that app that bypasses the firm version (forgot the name now), but when I use eShop on Homebrew Launcher it only shows yellow on the lower screen, never entering eShop.

Could guys please help me?

That Homebrew eShop app is only for lower firmwares. Uninstall menuhax, use ctr-httpwn from the Homebrew Launcher, to access the eShop from the Home Menu, buy Fieldrunners, re-install menuhax.

I removed MenuHax and cannot use Browserhax any longer on 11.0.0.33u. My salvation is that I have Steeldivers 1.0 installed. Phew!
