It's recommended that you just wait for signature patches to be released. And next time, don't update unless Atmosphere and signature patches have been released for the new update.
You can downgrade to 10.1.0 using Daybreak, but if something goes wrong, you may have to reinitialize your system. Making a sysMMC backup beforehand is recommended.

If you update without burn fusees, yes. However, wait a few days, soon will be ready the patches.

It's not like they're complaining that their Slurpee is 99% ice or something, but if the cocktail calls for "shot of vodka, shot of vermouth, shot of gin, shot of Campari, three shots of juice, squirt of lemon" and ends up being a thimbleful of booze, that's a problem.
