Is there a way to downgrade version 4.3 to an older firmware version on the wii?
I can't find it on the net or on this forum.

I guess this is a typo, and you've meant 4.2, right?

If so, here's my advise: Don't do anything. Don't downgrade. It's dangerous and useless. 4.2 is the best choice (especially for Noobs like you).

You could do it for example with DOP-MII, but I don't advise that.

Well, I downgrade from 3.3u or 3.4u to 3.2u when I bought Wii almost 2 years ago. I dont have a problem with it.

Yeah don't downgrade, it isnt worth it. On a side note I think he did mean 4.3. Google does show results for downgrading from 4.2. Maybe he needs glasses or whatever and saw the 3 as a two?

if your wii previously came from lower version, you can downgrade it...

Dop-Mii has a new Downgrading system that safely downgrades any wii, including Lu64+
But it isn't needed for anything, so why bother.

I checked the version of 0000000100000002, which is v01e2 (v482 in dec) aka 4.2E

also, that log is from 21-Oct-2009

it's really like not a 4.3 but like a revision of 4.2.... like 4.2a
This update features a Wii Shop Channel update; you can now use the '' Help Friends Online Service'' this service gives you the possibility, when u helped 20 people online, to get all Virtual Console Titles for free!
And as always there is a Homebrew Channel deleter/ Hardware check wit the update.
