So after v13, only wiibrew edition exists without the patching ability?

v14.2
Added new IOS from latest update

v14.1
Bugfix release:
Removed debugging code identifying all Boot2 versions as Boot2v1

v14 - branched to WiiBrew Edition
Removed patching ability
Adding scripting support
System Menu installation available

Link please! It would be amazing to have a dop-mii version with IOS58+AHBPROT and patching ability!

That's what I originally had in mind (and basically why I created this thread)
Link please?

If you can patch an ios why would you need ios58+AHBPROT
...because you can't patch an IOS on 4.3 wii's. OK, you could use IOS236 installer and/or an older dop-mii version, but it would be nice to directly patch an IOS without other programs!

Dop-Mii can patch IOSes but don't use AHBPROT, Dop-Mii WiiBrew Edition CAN use AHBPROT, but CAN'T patch IOSes! And it would be nice to have it in ONE version.

Use MMM to patch.
I've heard rumour that MMM contains some evil trojan which bricks wiis at every 13th friday.
There is no source code available of MMM so we cannot be sure for 100% no matter what author of MMM says.

ahh yeah whoops forgot about that. There was a release called wiinstall dont know if anybody has link
I can remember me that:
QUOTEWiinstall is a homebrew application based on Dop-Mii. It has the patching option removed and uses IOS58 + AHBPROT.
That's basically Dop-Mii WiiBrew Edition.
Wiiinstall was also called "Clean DOP-Mii".

IOS236 installer is temporary route - it works using AHBPROT and gives vulnerable IOS to user which can be used by any legacy software.

The wiibrew edition works, I tested it. You could downgrade a IOS with it and patch it using an older dop-mii version and you can also use the IOS236 installer v4.

It was ment as easy way.Making ios236 unnecessary

You can use wiibrew edition and download old ios 36 and then use v13 to patch. But then again there is MMM
