Hacking Dop Mii Issue

I'm in the process of getting the Trucha bug and I'm currently on the step with the DOP-MIIv13. My issue is that when I downloaded the zip file. Placed it into my SD memory. Tried opening it through BootMii. I can't continue on to step 2 because theres nothing to run in the DOP-MIIv13 folder. There are some things but nothing runs allowing me to continue this process. What am I doing wrong?
