Hell !! - I even remember way back when the BBC computer first came out .... the earlier versions had OS problems straight from the off but that didn't put of people buying them - did it ??
ALL new software/hardware has problems in the beginning.
The developers only have a limited time (& resources) to test things out before 'release dates' have to be met, & it's only when it's released do other unknown 'problems' crop up - Look @ Windows for e.g. - It's in it's 7th version & there still some people who have had 'problems' with it
(Actually IIRC there's actually been ~15 different 'Windows' versions)
