Homebrew Dolphin help..

I'm trying to run some game.wad files with Dolphin and I get these errors..

1st. Error loading Plugins/ Plugin_PadSample.dll: can't read info

2nd. Can't init any PAD Plugins

3rd. Can't init the core
Check you're configuration

The Read Me seems crupted no matter where I download it..!
I realy want to get this going anyhelp would be grate..

Have you installed the latest DirectX version? I had the same problem once, and that fixed it.

I'm having truble getting the latest version of DirectX....
Theres all kinds of DirectX stuff,

Can anyone give me a link to the DirectX I need?
