EmuMMC failed to find applicable partition

I having problems with games tend to crash unable to load atmosphere software and game loading is little slower than normal

i deleted partition and created with fat32 opened hekate but when i create partition i get this error

EmuMMC failed to find applicable partition

i cant choose part 0 or part 1 etc

i am able to continure but not sure it if making the sd card correctly

when i check the sd card shows
init fails 3(0)
read/write fails 1 (0)
read/write error. 5 (0)
