Change logs:
1.Tiny bugs fixed.
2.Added the "DEFAULT_GAMESAVE_KEY=" in settings.txt file, to set your own private header shared for all online games play.

Does anyone know if this Settings.txt supersedes the individual CFG files, or if the individual CFGfiles take precedence?

I know that if you add a Private Header you need to delete the SAV files and rebuild them, and that FBI lets you copy a save between cart<>CIA, so even if I rebuild the SAV with my Private Header I should still be able to drop my original save into it.

I just don't know if I need to remove the CFG files to get the Private Header in settings.txt to work with newly added games.

No it will only bake it into the save if you don't have a cfg for the game.
You can override this once the cfg is created. Put the header you want to use in the cfg, delete the save and put it back in the console. The new save will have the header from the cfg.
