Hacking Does the new preloader allow saves to be copied

I currently have two wii's both have 4.0, preloader, ciosv9 etc etc. One of them is faulty so im wanting to transfer all the save games, i.e. animal Crossing, Mario kart etc tec, to the new wii that works, will preloader allow this.
