Does playing video games/computer hurt your eyes?

So when playing video games/computer will get you blind if you're under 18, you need your eyeglasses. But how about if you're an adult? Will get blind for playing video games/computers? Even with eyeglasses?

I can play video games in my sleep, however, I must be thinking of games before NREM sleep kicks in or it won't work because the only way I can play games without physical thought is during NREM sleep. Also, the game system has to be at hands reach on my bed which makes a handheld ideal for the job however if I sleep with a PS3 or Wii controller at arms reach and the system is on it will work. This is best done during a Full Moon (no I'm not a werewolf but everytime I'm successful it's a full moon out), I can also eat certain foods that can put me into near instant NREM easily like Turkey or some hams.

Yeah it hurts my eyes. My vision is really horrible too, both eyes are at -7.00

But, i guess the only hurt that came from playing games would be neck cramp

I think anything can hurt your eyes when not handled properly. Reading a book in the dark or in a wrong posture can do that too. So yes, I think video games hurt your eyes
