Hacking Does N3DS Gateway have SYSnand restore?

I'm planning on installing this: http://gbatemp.net/threads/release-use-blocked-ds-flashcards-on-3ds-probably-n3ds-too.376719/ on my N3DS when I get my Gateway. But, I want to know if its possible to restore a nand backup in case I want to change it back to the way it was.

Actually im wondering the exact same thing, just waiting on GW to get my OOT cart working.

Id imagine it does have the NAND restore available, dont see why it wouldnt. Anyone that can confirm this, your knowledge would be helpful

I have had my gateway since December. I just have no way to start using it until Gateway releases a new save file. I have no way to confirm anything atm. Sorry

Yes it does. Used it to move eShop stuff to my sysNAND. Worked fine.

I believe holding down while entering the Downgrade option on the Gateway menu lets you restore NAND.bin on your SD card to sysNAND.

The menu option is there (hold up on the downgrade console option and it prompts you, just checked) on my N3DS, but I haven't bothered trying to see if it works or not.

It's a just leftover from its compatibility with the original model since they all use the same launcher.dat

The n3DS doesn't, Gateway has. But, you will brick your n3DS if attempted to downgrade to a firmware lower than 9.0E/U or 8.1J since those lower firmwares lack n3DS-specific system modules.

The n3DS doesn't, Gateway has. But, you will brick your n3DS if attempted to downgrade to a firmware lower than 9.0E/U or 8.1J since those lower firmwares lack n3DS-specific system modules.

The New 3DS won't allow you to even try anyway. I went into the downgrade option and it said it's not supported for my console (like it does for the 2DS).

Wait, so does this mean that I could restore the sysNAND I made before I system transfered? So i can theoretically retry the System Transfer?

Just want to confirm that the sysnand restore option works on N3DS. I tried it and it restored it succesfully.
