According to EZ-Flash III WikiTemp
The EZ-Flash III(v4Gb) has the four memory chips: 4Gb NAND(EZ-Disk), 128Mb PSRAM(Hidden), 256Mb(Fast), 32Mb(Boot). And when a .GBA file is selected from EZ-Disk, it's copied to Hidden. Therefore only ROMs up to 128Mb will load from EZ-Disk.
Why am I able to load 256Mb .nds files from EZ-Disk?
Thanks
