Hacking Does CTGP-R Overwrite my Mkwii save on the NAND?

I was going to install ctgp-r, but then i was wondering, would that mess up my mario kart wii save file? Please help

@BluebellGamerYT If you go to page one of CTGP Settings and enable SD Card Save, then it will only save to the SD card and not to the NAND.
