Hacking Does cloning a Wii disc through PC work?

I burned Just Dance to disc and then deleted the ISO from my PC.
Now I need to burn another copy...
I don't want to download the whole ISO again, can I just clone the DVD?

If you have a backup disc of it, then yes (just use IMGBurn to create an image from Disc, or use a WBFS manager that can rip from DVD).

Else you'll have to dump it on the Wii

there are tools. I've used WBFS_gui to create an ISO from my DVD. I've then used IMGBurn to create a copy. These 'clones', of course, can only be used with a backup launcher installed on the wii.
