If you have a backup disc of it, then yes (just use IMGBurn to create an image from Disc, or use a WBFS manager that can rip from DVD).
Else you'll have to dump it on the Wii

there are tools. I've used WBFS_gui to create an ISO from my DVD. I've then used IMGBurn to create a copy. These 'clones', of course, can only be used with a backup launcher installed on the wii.
