ROM Hack Does anyone know if these cheats exist?

I'm looking for 2 cheats for Pokemon Platinum:
- TMs do not get used up (like in Black/White) (it's OK if obtained TMs get multiplied instead or whatever. But no TMs I haven't obtained!)
- HM moves can be forgotten for another move (so, like any other move)

^dude i swear i remeber the usrcheat.dat having a cheat to forget any move. Get the Ds scene rom tool and download the latest usrcheat on it.
