There's no reason it wouldn't. I used my Black save on White before.

Only thing i can think of is it may affect you depending where you are in the game.... e.g. If you have the lunar wing and such.... as with only a few things you get in a different order....

Actually that might make you run into so interesting problems... haha

Try it. Make a dup of your save, rename it to the other version of the game and load it up, son!
