Nothing, I don't think he meant any harm to us glasses-wearers. But you'll agree with me if I say that not needing to use glasses of any kind is waaaaay better than using them, isn't it?

I mean, who will voluntarily agree to have a poorer vision than the rest of mankind AND needing to carry a piece of metal/plastic on his face? xD

I wear glasses as well as many others here.
It's very annoying to clean them like some others mentioned ... and for several sports its hell ! I'm using a ... forgot word ... you like a head protector ... so that no sweat get onto the glasses while playing.

But i think its stupid not to wear glasses only because someone thinks it does not look good ! still i look like an idiot without my glasses i won't even think of using contacts

I use glasses at work only. And also when I drive because legally, I have to!
Otherwise I don't wear them, I've always thought they make me look ugly... or maybe too serious. The few girlfriends I've had initially fell for me as I wasn't wearing them, so I intend to keep it that way! heh...
