So, i did the mistake of updating my 3DS to the deadly 11.3 update, and i didn't find a way to install FBI because i really didn't have the time to do so, and i didn't know it was patching such exploits like Safehax or A9LH until it was too late.

Now, is there ANY CIA installer that just works with homebrew and no exploits that is up to date? If so, thanks, and if not.. well i guess the more i know.

Well, that sucks. I guess we'll have to wait if we can get back the kernel exploits or if someone devs a CIA installer that just goes with HB alone. Anyway, thanks for the info.

the only two other cia installers I know of r dev menu and big blue content manager. there's a .3ds version of dev menu, but big blue content manager is cia only. unfortunately, neither can be loaded with the homebrew channel.
