I believe that something can happen and be a miracle, but I don't believe that the miracle is cause by some sort of God. Miracles are purely based on luck.

if by definition a miracle is "something very unlikely to happen", then yes, I believe something that has even the slightest chance of happening might happen.
It all comes down to how likely that thing is to happen.
Am I going to be having lunch in a few minutes? Very likely.
Is my cancer going to magically cure itself by praying to god? Very unlikely. But could still happen for whatever reason.
