Yeah pretty much. But the main reason why every game isn't on the list yet its because to dump the ticket you need iosuhax to extract them and i guess not everybody is willing to do it.

Brazilian method cannot do Eshop exclusive releases like Virtual Console and DLC

@Kohmei help me to dump tickets for Fast Racing Neo+DLC, Pushmo, Dr Luigi, Paper Mario 64,etc.
Most people has games but dont know how to dump, my pc for example dont work right with python and @Kohmei get all tickets for me.
If someone has Xenoblade VC Wii USA could be helped by @Kohmei

As far as I know with brazillian method you can install Xenoblade Chronicles X from Wii U, not Xenoblade Chronicles from Wii's Virtual Console.

Exactly right you can't use the Brazilian method to install any wii virtual console titles so the first xenoblade Chronicles game will not work unless you have cfw nand set up then it works with any wii virtual console titles that are available.

Some news to report. You can download a game from another region(only tried EUR) and use its update and DLC by changing their regions in their meta.xml's. Don't try this unless you know what your doing.
