Just for everyone information... if you turn off your Wii U from iosuhax, It will stay with a blinking orange light. (Yellow) and now completely shut off.. so be aware of that issue.

You can get around this issue by doing the following. Before you switch off the wiiu goto Internet and launch homebrew launcher then select ios reboot and then switch off the wiiu. If you don't have ios reboot it is available on the homebrew app store.

Indeed, I have all of the power settings disabled due to how some people were reporting getting updated even with DNS blocking if they had Standby Functions or the Quick Start Menu enabled.

The best option for now is to disable the Stand By options, I deactivated them and now I don't have that problem

It is the best option for some others may not want to remove standby for whatever reason so that is why I gave my solution to this.

You can bypass the region check just by changing the region in the title's meta/meta.xml using iosuhax. No hack needed after you do that.

So I just built FIX94's iosuhax for this, how do you modify the meta file? with wupclient.py? I'm asking because I'm not sure if this is the right way to do it, heard it's risky to write file using iosuhax. well if wuphax is already using it I guess it's pretty safe, just got all three taiko games working, thank you for the info

The last I heard wii vc titles will not work as they are not in wup format so can't be installed but this may have changed I don't know lol

If super mario galaxy is eur then it will work for your console. Nobody has tried install sys config tool to sysnand so no region free.

I think you need to edit meta.xml to do that. Or use system config tool. (Try installing that if your brave please)

Yeah... about that. Sysconfig was like the only thing it was said not to be installed on Sysnand because it will lead to a brick so i doubth anybody would be brave enough to actually do it.
