edit meant will use wii for n64/gc lol

Generally not much better than the Virtual Console's offerings, injecting ROMs into wad files might yield better results, there hasn't been an update to Wii 64 in quite a while. There is a branch called Not 64 that has improvements, but even then, N64 emulators on Wii are a mixed bag.

havent tried injecting a rom in years so ill re read about it lol only a handful of n64 and gc games i want to re play anyway lol

That sucks, the 360 is a pretty powerful machine. It would be nice to see some high compatibly emulators.

I honestly had high hopes with the release of the RGH.
That more homebrew would be made.
RGLoader got released and we're at a point that we can run Devkit kernels on it.
There have been some updates to emulators and PPSSPP has been ported.
But it's pretty safe to say that it's dissapointing in comparison to the Wii.
Props to everyone who is working on 360 homebrew tho!

Welp, guess that scumbag kids are far to busy selling modded COD lobbies instead of actually using it for other purposes.

just tried donkey kong 64 for on my wii and runs crap, unplayable for me using wii64 havent tried injecting but its unplayable that way too :( :(

I have been using retro arch frontend and snes next emulator. These kind of suck. I think both nearest and linear filter don't look great and the controls are laggy. Plus the front end design of retro arch blows. Compared to emulators on the wii, they kind of not good. Any better options?
Buy a PSP. That thing is the Holy grail of emulation!

Don't even think about 360 for emulation. It's all about original XBOX. No system before or since (or probably ever again) comes close.

I set my XBOX's up with a 500gb SATA HDD, 30+ arcade/console/portable emus with emuxtras (screenshots and preview videos for most systems), all in one system, and with plenty of room left for retail games

Wii even doesn't come close to XBOX. I mod XBOX'S and found them easier to mod than a Wii. Plus the XBOX S-controller I believe is better than even a Wii Classic Controller (though I have to admit that adapters to connect SNES controllers to a Wii is pretty sweet).

The only real advantage Wii emulation has vs XBOX emulation is 240p support, which on a CRT looks almost identical to a real system. I am sure there are other advantages on Wii, but that's another topic.

On wii vs xbox ease of hacking, I agree the wii is easier and I could do it when braindead and drunk, I might want to avoid being drunk if I am already braindead and hacking an original xbox.

I hack original xbox's with ease and can do them my sleep, and in 5 minutes (I have 007 plus the special save). Original XBOX has over 30+ console/arcade emus, and XBMC.

To each their own I guess

Ya all of the 360 emulators are pretty terrible. The xbox scene died plus developers kept wanting to use the "legal" sdk to program homebrew which just added to the terribleness of the emulators. They should have just stuck with the XDK and then we could have had easy to launch and fairly good running emulators.
